First impressions are very important, so don’t be afraid to give the place a fresh coat of paint! There is a lot you can do to make your home more appealing to a new buyer, don’t be afraid to ask for some advice.
Getting the most from viewings
No one knows your property like you and your enthusiasm is going to be what helps sell the property to a new buyer. We’ll always be on hand to help with some of the finer details of property sales but your confidence will do wonders in bringing a new buyer in.
When offers start to come in, we’ll work closely with you to achieve the best price for you. Only when you’re happy with an offer will we proceed with the buyer, ensuring they are qualified to continue. We’ll keep you fully updated with each step of the negotiation and the proceedings that follow as and when they happen.
The Legal requirements
From finding a solicitor, exchanging contracts all the way through to completion, we’ll still be available to help with any questions you may have and we’ll ensure everything is ticking along smoothly. We’ll only be happy once the sale is fully completed, everything is finalised and we have a happy client.
